MACCFA is looking for a highly skilled senior general service officer to be an integral partner in its finance & admin team to ensure the day-to-day operational delivery of fleet, facility, administrative support & fixed asset aspects of the company. The senior general service officer sales of products and building relationships with customs and company’s network partners involving providing solution to Standard & custom products. Purpose of the Role

The Senior General Service Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day fleet, facility & administrative support services, alongside comprehensive fixed asset management. Acting as the supply lead, the position holder ensures the timely, cost-conscious procurement of office supplies, computer equipment, and stationery in alignment with business needs.

The role oversees shared administrative services including ICT, janitorial, and outsourced operations like security, reception, refreshment).

About You
Qualifications & Experience

Education: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or other relevant fields.
Experience: Minimum of five years of experience within a renowned organization in a similar position.
Skills & Competencies

Experience in corporate fleet management, facility management
Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, HR systems, and Internet Explorer
Good time management and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work in teams and work under pressure
Basic IT knowledge,
Networking, Influencing and Communication Skills: –
Ability to create trust and build relationships across all functions of the business at all levels
