Job Title: Senior Digital Payment Devices Administrator for North Addis Ababa District

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Payment Devices Administrator to join our team in North Addis Ababa District. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and administration of digital payment devices, ensuring seamless and secure transactions for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain digital payment devices, including ATMs, POS terminals, and mobile payment systems
• Monitor device performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement new payment solutions
• Develop and implement procedures for device installation, testing, and deployment
• Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Provide training and support to customers and internal staff on the use of digital payment devices
• Analyze device performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital payment systems administration, with a focus on device management and maintenance
• Proven knowledge of digital payment systems, including ATM and POS terminal management
• Experience with mobile payment systems and digital wallet solutions
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including PCI-DSS and GDPR
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and customers
• Proficiency in Amharic and English languages is required, with knowledge of other local languages being an advantage
