Job Title: Security Supervisor

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective security strategies and protocols to prevent and respond to security breaches
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including guards, patrols, and surveillance teams
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to share intelligence and best practices
• Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for improving security measures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of security incidents, personnel, and equipment
• Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security protocols, procedures, and equipment

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security management, preferably in a supervisory role
• Proven knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and equipment, including surveillance systems and access control
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Valid Ethiopian driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Certification in security management, such as CSP or CSS, is an added advantage
