Luxury Residential Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Residential Security Officer to join our team. As a Luxury Residential Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents, staff, and property. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the residential area, ensuring that only authorized personnel and residents are allowed entry
• Conduct regular patrols of the property, identifying and reporting any potential security threats or concerns
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as alarms, fires, and medical emergencies, in a prompt and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff, addressing their concerns and queries in a courteous and efficient manner
• Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies to ensure a safe and secure environment
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, patrols, and other relevant activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian institution
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, preferably in a residential or luxury setting
• Valid Security Guard License from the Ethiopian Federal Police Commission
• First Aid and CPR certification from a recognized institution, such as the Ethiopian Red Cross Society
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
• Physical fitness and ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and equipment, with the ability to operate security systems and technology
