Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Target Achievement

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by management
Develop and implement personal sales plans aligned with dealership goals
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting of potential deals
Monitor individual performance against KPIs and take corrective actions when required
Lead Generation & Prospecting

Actively generate leads through multiple channels including showroom walk-ins, referrals, cold calling, field visits, and digital platforms
Identify and develop new business opportunities within retail, SME, corporate, NGO, and government sectors
Build and maintain a structured prospect database for continuous engagement
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospects into confirmed sales
Customer Engagement & Needs Assessment

Greet and attend to customers in a professional and timely manner
Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand customer preferences, budget, and intended vehicle use
Recommend suitable Geely models based on customer requirements
Provide clear, accurate, and transparent information at all stages of the sales process
Product Presentation & Demonstration

Deliver professional and engaging product presentations highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages
Conduct test drives in accordance with dealership policies and safety standards
Explain technical specifications, fuel efficiency, safety features, and technology systems
Position Geely vehicles effectively against competitor brands
Sales Negotiation & Closing

Prepare accurate quotations and financing options tailored to customer needs
Negotiate pricing and terms within approved dealership guidelines
Handle trade-in discussions where applicable
Close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability
Coordinate with finance institutions, insurers, and internal departments to finalize transactions
Vehicle Delivery Process

Ensure timely and smooth vehicle delivery in line with dealership standards
Conduct a comprehensive vehicle handover, including explanation of features, warranty, and service schedule
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and signed
Deliver a positive and memorable customer experience at handover
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
Follow up post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
Sales Administration & Reporting

Prepare and process all sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and delivery notes
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Submit daily activity reports, weekly pipeline updates, and monthly performance reports
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems
Marketing & Brand Promotion

Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events
Support showroom merchandising and vehicle display standards
Utilize social media and personal networks to generate leads and promote products
Act as a brand ambassador for Geely at all customer touchpoints
Compliance & Professional Standards

Adhere to dealership policies, ethical standards, and sales procedures
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times
Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information
Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements related to
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly and annual vehicle sales volume
Revenue and gross profit per unit
Lead generation and conversion rate
Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
Customer retention and referral rates
Accuracy and timeliness of reporting
Test drive to sales conversion ratio
Working Conditions

Primarily showroom-based with frequent direct customer interaction
Requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
May involve outdoor sales activities, field visits, and travel for events
Performance-driven environment with sales targets and deadlines
About You
Qualification and Skills

Education:-

MSC/MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value product sales in a dealership company.
Experience in fleet, corporate, or institutional sales is an added advantage
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Competencies

Strong understanding of automotive products and sales processes
Ability to explain technical vehicle features in a customer-friendly manner
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications .
