Sales Representative – Fresh Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve team goals
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• 0-2 years of sales experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with knowledge of other local languages an advantage
