Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotional materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
