Sales and Marketing Representative

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness in the Ethiopian market. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Identify and pursue new sales leads, and convert them into successful deals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed sales targets, and report on sales performance on a regular basis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of the Ethiopian market and industry trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
