Sales and Marketing Officer

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new sales leads, and convert them into successful deals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales and marketing strategies
• Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets, and ensure effective use of resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of sales and marketing success, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
• Certificate in marketing or a related field, such as a diploma in digital marketing, is an added advantage
