National Property Help is a U.S.-based real estate investment company with over 10 years of industry experience. We are currently hiring motivated and hardworking individuals in Ethiopia for a full-time Remote Cold Caller position. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided.

Position Overview
As a Remote Cold Caller, you will speak with property owners across the United States using our auto-dialer system. Your job is to gather information, build rapport with homeowners, identify potential sellers, and transfer qualified leads to our acquisitions team.

Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. property owners using an auto-dialer.
Speak with hundreds of homeowners daily and gather property information.
Follow company call scripts and procedures professionally.
Handle basic objections and transfer qualified leads.
Accurately update notes and information inside the CRM system.
Maintain professionalism and consistency throughout all calls.
Compensation
Base

Monthly base salary → NOW 13,000 ETB

Monthly Bonuses

Full month hours hit → 3,000 ETB
Full month leads hit (40+ leads) → 2,000 ETB
Highest leads count for the month → 2,000 ETB

Weekly Bonuses

Rank 1 in leads for the week → 500 ETB
Rank 2 → 300 ETB
Rank 3 → 200 ETB

Per Lead/Deal Bonuses

Signed contract → 1,000 ETB
Closed deal → 4,000 ETB
About You
Experience

Customer support or telemarketing
Requirements

Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Comfortable speaking on the phone for long periods.
Reliable internet connection.
Quiet and professional remote work environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and remain consistent.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in cold calling, customer service, sales, or telemarketing.
Experience using auto-dialers or CRM systems.
Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
