Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and respectful experience
  • Manage the front desk area, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, filing, and data entry
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made
  • Provide general information and support to employees, clients, and visitors

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian institution
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Fluency in English and Amharic; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent from a recognized Ethiopian institution, with a minimum grade point average of 2.5 or higher
