Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct thorough testing and analysis of products and services to identify defects and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, production, and customer support, to identify and resolve quality-related issues
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and benchmarks to measure performance and progress
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance best practices and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in quality assurance and make recommendations for process improvements

Requirements

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a related field
• Proven knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools, including Agile and Scrum
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools, such as JUnit, TestNG, or Selenium
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
