QC- Analyst II

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QC- Analyst II to join our quality control team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the quality of our products, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality control tests and analyses on products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Identify and investigate quality control issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with company standards
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including test methods, procedures, and reports
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve quality control processes

Requirements

• BSc degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 2 years of experience in a quality control laboratory, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry
• Good understanding of quality control principles, regulations, and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, GMP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Certification in quality control or a related field (e.g. QC certification from a recognized institution) is an asset
