Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise storekeepers and warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Oversee receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials.
Authorize and control issuance of materials to project departments.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely reporting to management.
Plan and implement stock audits, reconciliations, and reorder schedules.
Ensure proper storage, safety, and security of materials.
Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations teams for material planning.
Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, usage, and variances.
Enforce compliance with company policies and safety standards
