Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Project Implementation & Coordination

Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing project activities.
Coordinate with partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries to ensure smooth execution of project interventions.
Support the Project Coordinator in managing day-to-day operations.
Monitoring & Reporting

Collect and analyze data to track project progress against indicators.
Prepare regular reports, updates, and documentation for internal and donor requirements.
Identify challenges and propose solutions to improve project delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement

Liaise with government agencies, NGOs, and community representatives to strengthen collaboration.
Represent the project in meetings and workshops as delegated by the Project Coordinator.
Capacity Building & Support

Provide technical and administrative support to staff and partners.
Assist in training sessions and workshops to build capacity in project-related areas.
Administrative & Logistical Support

Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of project activities.
Support procurement, logistics, and financial processes in line with organizational policies.
Perform other activities as assigned by line supervisor.
About You
Qualifications

University degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or coordination, preferably in humanitarian or development settings.
Experience in monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in English and local languages.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
