Project Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, including setting goals, objectives, and timelines
• Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and expenses are justified
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers
• Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, meeting customer and stakeholder expectations
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, increasing efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science, from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry or sector
• Professional certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is an advantage
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects, with a strong focus on delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
