Job Title: Project Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver projects that meet their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize their impact on the project
• Communicate project plans, progress, and changes to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and clients
• Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards and meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders
• Monitor and control project expenses to ensure they are within budget and aligned with the project plan

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Professional certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is an advantage
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
