Education
Minimum BA/BSc in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, Development Studies, and related social and behavioral science fields.
Relevant project management certification.
Project DPro certification (preferred).
Experience
6 years’ experience working in a similar senior position in NGO/INGOs.
Experience in team leadership/supervision
Extensive experience in programme development, management and monitoring.
Strong knowledge and experience in Child Protection in programming and current policy.
Experience working with vulnerable children and families.
Thorough understanding of the regional socio-cultural situation.
Language Requirements
Fluency in Somali (Local language).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Amharic

Excellent interpersonal, communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
