Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure their success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the equipment industry, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Strong knowledge of the Ethiopian equipment market, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Excellent sales, marketing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and motivating high-performing sales teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform sales strategies
  • Fluency in Amharic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in using CRM software and other sales management tools
