Physiotherapy Clinic Branch Manager

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Physiotherapy Clinic Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our physiotherapy clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of physiotherapists, receptionists, and other support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for implementing business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve clinic goals and objectives
  • Manage and supervise a team of physiotherapists, receptionists, and other support staff
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and excellent customer service
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Analyze financial reports and develop strategies to improve revenue and reduce costs
  • Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements

  • BSc degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized Ethiopian university
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in physiotherapy practice, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role
  • Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Ethiopia
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial reports and develop strategies to improve revenue and reduce costs
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
  • Fluency in Amharic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
