Job Title: Motorist and Junior Claim Officer (ሞተረኛ እና ጀማሪ የካሳ ባለሙያ)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motorist and Junior Claim Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving company vehicles safely and efficiently, as well as assisting in the processing of insurance claims. Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Assist in the processing of insurance claims, including data entry and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance and usage
• Assist in the coordination of claim settlements and payments
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field (such as automotive mechanics or business administration) from a recognized Ethiopian institution
• Valid Ethiopian driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
• Experience in insurance claims processing or a related field is an asset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills in Amharic and English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent from a recognized Ethiopian institution (such as TVET or GCE)
