Job Title: Delivery Courier Car

Brief Summary

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Courier Car to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and delivering packages to our customers in a timely and professional manner. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, is physically fit, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect packages from our warehouse and deliver them to customers across Addis Ababa
• Ensure all packages are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery times
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring safe and responsible driving practices
• Perform routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a related field
• Valid Ethiopian driver’s license (Grade 3 or higher)
• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g. TVET or vocational training)
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 kg
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of Addis Ababa roads and traffic patterns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
