Job Title: Driver

Brief Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting employees, clients, and goods to various destinations. You will also be required to maintain the vehicle, ensure it is in good working condition, and perform other driving-related tasks. If you have excellent driving skills, a valid Ethiopian driver’s license, and a strong commitment to safety, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport employees, clients, and goods to various destinations in a safe and timely manner
• Maintain the vehicle, including checking oil, water, and tire pressure, and ensuring it is in good working condition
• Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any issues to management
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees, and respond to their needs in a professional and courteous manner
• Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance

Requirements

• Valid Ethiopian driver’s license, with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent, with a certificate from a recognized institution
• Defensive driving skills and a strong commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as required
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
