Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Planning
Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and project-based marketing strategies
Build campaign plans aligned with sales targets
Create go-to-market strategies for new project launches, open houses, and activation campaigns
Define target audience segments, buyer personas, and positioning strategies
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
Design and manage lead generation campaigns across online and offline channels
Plan and supervise digital and direct marketing activities
Ensure steady lead flow to the sales team while maintaining lead quality standards
Brand Management & Developer Representation
Ensure all visual and communication materials follow brand guidelines
Manage marketing collateral including brochures, videos, project profiles, sales kits, and presentations
Strengthen and protect brand reputation in the market
Sales Team Support
Work closely with sales teams to align campaigns with pipeline needs
Develop promotional offers and conversion support materials
Provide campaign insights to improve lead nurturing and closing rates
Support site visits, customer engagement, and event-based campaigns
Digital Presence & Content Management
Manage website updates and content calendars
Approve creative content including captions, visuals, and video storytelling
Ensure regular publishing of project updates and construction progress
Coordinate with designers and content creators
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track campaign KPIs and marketing performance
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
Develop marketing insights and future action plans
Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination
Lead internal marketing team members
Set KPIs and monitor performance
Coordinate third-party vendors and partners
Manage campaign budgets and vendor negotiations

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in real estate
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing teams and external vendors
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
