Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with experience in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
