Luxury Rooftop & Wellness Center Attendant

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Rooftop & Wellness Center Attendant to join our team at Beleqet Jobs. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
• Oversee the daily operations of the rooftop and wellness center, including the pool, gym, and spa facilities
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the guest experience and increase customer loyalty
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
• Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and regulations, as well as international hospitality standards and best practices
• Certification in first aid and CPR, and knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures
