Luxury Residential Room Attendant / Housekeeping

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality are maintained in our luxury residences. Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare luxury residences for new guests, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities
  • Restock and maintain residence amenities, such as toiletries, towels, and mini-bar supplies
  • Ensure all areas of the residence, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, are cleaned to the highest standards
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Maintenance team
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
  • Work collaboratively with other Housekeeping team members to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve departmental goals
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of resident information and property at all times

Requirements

  • Completed 10+2 or TVET diploma in Hospitality, Housekeeping, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury residential or hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with residents from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality of work
  • Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy cleaning equipment and supplies, with the ability to stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using property management systems an advantage
