Kuriftu Trainee Manager Program

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership and management skills
• Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and management potential, with a proven track record of achieving results
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and systems
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Amharic, with knowledge of other local languages an added advantage
