Job Title: Key Account Specialist

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing existing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients. The Key Account Specialist will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand existing relationships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs and identify new sales opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that all sales activities are aligned with company policies and procedures
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to inform sales and marketing strategies
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and developments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of success in managing and developing key accounts, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong business acumen, with a thorough understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English, with Amharic language skills an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
