Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage and maintain our social media presence across various platforms
• Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing materials
• Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters
• Monitor and report on marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign ROI

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• 0-2 years of marketing experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles and experience with design software, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Certificate in marketing or a related field, such as a diploma in digital marketing, is an added advantage
