Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and events
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
• Develop and maintain social media content to engage with our target audience
• Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters
• Assist in the management of our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Analyze marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• 0-2 years of work experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with social media management and content creation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Amharic and English languages is required
