Junior Hotel Supervisor

As a Junior Hotel Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Monitor and control hotel expenses, ensuring that they are within budget and aligned with company policies
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, with supervisory experience an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software, with experience in property management systems an advantage
• Knowledge of Ethiopian hotel and hospitality regulations and standards
