Job Title: Junior Field Marketing Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Field Marketing Representative to join our team. As a Junior Field Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs
• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
• Organize and participate in marketing events, such as trade shows and product launches
• Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team to improve marketing strategies and campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian market trends and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software, such as CRM and marketing automation tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on results and achievement
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
