Job Title: Inspector

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections to identify and document non-conformities and areas for improvement
• Verify compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Develop and implement inspection plans, checklists, and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inspection findings and implement corrective actions
• Provide training and guidance to staff on inspection procedures and quality control measures
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field) from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inspection software applications
• Valid Ethiopian driver’s license and willingness to travel for inspections (if required)
