General mission
The Multi-Task Team Operator conducts Humanitarian Mine Action activities, including mine clearance, Non-Technical Survey, and Explosive Ordnance Risk Education.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the primary role of the Deminer is to help identify and clear Hazardous Areas and assist with Explosive Ordnance Disposal tasks. They must strictly follow organisational SOPs and will be expected to proactively assist the project in a variety of other ways.
Responsibilities
Mission 1: Operational Preparedness and Support

Ensure the presence and readiness of operational equipment before field deployments.
Maintain all operational equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly up the chain of command.
Support the logistical planning for field operations, including the preparation and transportation of equipment and materials.
Actively participate in briefings, ensuring key practical and operational considerations are integrated into planning.
Assist in implementing EORE, NTS, Clearance, and EOD activities by ensuring operational readiness.
Adhere to SOPs in the conduct of HMA field operations and report safety concerns up the chain of command.
Proactively participate in all field operations as directed by the Team Leader
Adhere closely to all medical and hygiene guidance.
Assist the MTT Team Leader and senior operations management with reporting and data entry.
Assist with the proper and secure filing of operational data
Participate proactively in all trainings arranged as part of operational deployments
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.
Be prepared and willing to travel long distances to remote parts of the country and work in physically demanding circumstances.
Mission 2: Safe conduct of field operations

Adhere to SOPs in the conduct of HMA field operations and report safety concerns up the chain of command.

Proactively participate in all field operations as directed by the Team Leader
Adhere closely to all medical and hygiene guidance.
Mission 3: Reporting

Assist the MTT Team Leader and senior operations management with reporting and data entry.
Assist with the proper and secure filing of operational data
Mission 4: Training

Participate proactively in all trainings arranged as part of operational deployments
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.
Mission 5: Flexible deployment

Be prepared and willing to travel long distances to remote parts of the country and work in physically demanding circumstances.
