Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall café experience
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of café staff to ensure high standards of service, quality, and efficiency
• Manage café operations, including inventory management, supply chain, and maintenance of equipment and facilities
• Monitor and control café finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
• Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in café or restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control
• Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws, food safety regulations, and industry standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances
