Job Title: Graphic Designer (Volunteer/Intern)

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual content for our website, social media, and job postings
• Develop and implement design concepts and ideas
• Create engaging graphics, logos, and icons
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content for campaigns and promotions
• Edit and revise designs based on feedback from the team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Ethiopian culture and design preferences is an asset
• Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and regulations is a plus
