Senior Creative Graphic Designer

Brief Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Creative Graphic Designer to join our innovative team at Beleqet Jobs. As a Senior Creative Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning visual concepts and designs that capture the essence of our brand and appeal to our target audience. Your expertise will play a crucial role in elevating our brand’s visual identity and driving engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative design concepts, guidelines, and standards that align with our brand’s vision and mission
• Design and produce high-quality visual materials, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, and website elements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaign materials, such as posters, flyers, and email newsletters
• Provide design support for events, conferences, and trade shows, including booth designs, banners, and promotional materials
• Mentor and guide junior designers to ensure consistent design quality and adherence to brand guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and software to continuously improve our design capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field from a reputable Ethiopian university
• At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases your expertise in creating innovative and effective designs
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and composition
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks to deliver high-quality results
