General Manager – THG Packaging & Printing

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations including printing, packaging production, and finishing
Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of products
Develop business strategies to expand market share
Control operational costs and improve efficiency
Supervise technical teams, production staff, and administrative units
Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
About You
Job Requirements:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or Business Management

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with leadership role exposure

Strong understanding of printing and packaging processes
Experience in managing large teams and production lines
Excellent leadership, planning, and negotiation skills
