Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full planning, design, setup, and commissioning of a new concrete batching plant.
Manage the overall operations of the batching plant, including production, quality control, safety, and maintenance.
Ensure the plant meets daily concrete production targets while maintaining high quality and cost efficiency.
Oversee raw material procurement and inventory management.
Lead and supervise plant staff, including operators, technicians, and support personnel.
Implement and enforce safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Monitor plant performance and prepare regular operational and financial reports.
Coordinate closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to meet supply requirements.
Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for plant machinery.
Drive process improvements and implement operational best practices.
Recruit and train key plant personnel, operators, and technical staff.
Identify customers and lead sales and marketing activities.
About You
Qualifications and Requirements

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; or a BA Degree in Management.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in batching plant operations or concrete production, including at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of concrete mix design, batching technology, and quality control procedures.
