Compliance & Standards: Maintain rigorous hygiene, safety, and medical protocols. Ensure all training materials and clinical practices align with current industry regulations.
Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of clinical educators, administrative staff, and facility maintenance personnel.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, optimize ROI on marketing campaigns, and develop tiered pricing structures for training packages.
About You
Candidate Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in a management role within the aesthetic, wellness, or private education sector.
Education: A degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Clinical background is a significant plus).
