Job Description

ALLIED ENERGY PLC is a registered company in Ethiopia undertaking a unique investment in a modern and the safest way of supplying LPG gas. The company is the first in Ethiopia to import bulk LPG gas using ISO containers all the way from U.A.E. The company imported a brand new LPG storage tanks with a capacity of 500KG, 1000KG and 2000KG and will be offering 10,000KG, 15,000KG up to 30,000KG of LPG storage tanks including all the necessary equipment for installation. The company also provides LPG gas in 6kg, 12kg and 50kg cylinders.

Allied Energy PLC is also the first company in importing bulk Argon gas to Ethiopia using ISO tanks which make us to be consistent in refilling any kind of cylinders in our modern filling plant located in Dukem City.

Allied energy PLC is a business partner with OPTECH ENGINEERING PLC and TRIDENT GAS AND OIL ENGINEERING COMPANY (INDIAN COMPANY).

Role Overview

The fleet Manager is responsible to manage our trucking operation

Manage daily fleet operation and dispatch
Track all trips / departure, transit and arrival/
Control fuel usage and reduce transport cost per MT
Supervise and manage drivers
Monitor KPS/ Cost delays utilization efficiency/
Manage Cross boarder transport operations

About You
Qualification

Bachelor Degree / MA/ by Transport Management, Logistics, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
3-5yrs experience in fleet / transport/ management
Experience with truck operations/ preferably in Cross Boarder truck operation/
Strong understanding of fuel cost per MT and logistics efficiency
Strong Excel / Reporting/ Skills
Ability to Manage drivers and field operations
Must be fluent in English language / spoken and written/
