Job Title: Driver

Brief Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving employees, clients, and stakeholders safely and efficiently to their destinations. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a good knowledge of the city, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive employees, clients, and stakeholders to their destinations in a safe and timely manner
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition, including cleaning, fueling, and performing routine checks
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to all passengers
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
• Report any accidents or incidents to management immediately

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience, preferably with a reputable organization
• Valid Ethiopian driver’s license, category B or higher
• Defensive driving skills and a good knowledge of the city
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent, TVET or higher education in a related field is an advantage
• Ability to lift and load cargo, as required
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
