Job Title: Field Survey & Lead Generation Officer

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Survey & Lead Generation Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting field surveys, generating leads, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys to gather data and information from customers, stakeholders, and other relevant parties
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through networking, research, and other means
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to promote our products and services
• Analyze survey data and provide insights to inform business decisions and strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective lead generation and sales strategies
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of success in lead generation, sales, and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as CRM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and performance metrics
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently, as required by the role
