Job Title: Driver

Brief Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving employees, stakeholders, and guests safely and efficiently, as well as maintaining the vehicle in good condition. Key Responsibilities

• Drive employees, stakeholders, and guests to and from various destinations in a safe and timely manner
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition, including cleaning, fueling, and performing routine checks
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to passenger needs
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
• Perform other driving-related tasks as required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience, preferably with a reputable organization
• Valid Ethiopian driver’s license (Grade 3 or higher)
• Defensive driving skills and a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent (10+2 or TVET certificate)
• Basic vehicle maintenance and repair knowledge
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 25 kg)
