Job Title: Driver and Cashier

Brief Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver and Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional transportation services and handling cash transactions in a professional and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

• Transport staff, clients, and goods in a safe and timely manner
• Handle cash transactions, including receiving and disbursing funds, and maintaining accurate records
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition, including regular cleaning, maintenance, and repairs
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience, with a valid Ethiopian driver’s license
• Completion of Grade 10 or higher education
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and accounting principles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Fluency in Amharic and English, with knowledge of other local languages an advantage
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and to work in a fast-paced environment
