Job Title: Driver

Brief Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving company vehicles safely and efficiently, transporting employees, clients, and goods as required. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Transport employees, clients, and goods as required, ensuring timely arrival and departure
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition, reporting any issues to management
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security

Requirements

• Minimum of 2nd Grade or Level III Driver’s License, issued by the Ethiopian Transport Authority
• At least 2 years of driving experience, preferably with a reputable company or organization
• Defensive driving skills and a clean driving record
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
• Physical fitness and ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends as required
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair, with the ability to perform routine checks and report issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
