Job Title: Driver

Brief Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving employees, clients, and stakeholders safely and efficiently to various destinations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a good knowledge of Ethiopian roads, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive employees, clients, and stakeholders to various destinations in a safe and timely manner
• Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers
• Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and fuel consumption
• Perform other driving-related duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2nd Grade Valid Driver’s License
• At least 2 years of driving experience
• Defensive driving skills and a good knowledge of Ethiopian roads
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness to drive for long periods
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required; TVET or diploma in a related field is an advantage
