Job Title: Driver

Brief Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting employees, clients, and goods in a safe and efficient manner. The Driver will also be required to maintain the company vehicle, ensure it is in good working condition, and perform routine checks to prevent breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport employees, clients, and goods to designated locations in a safe and timely manner
• Conduct routine checks on the company vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
• Maintain the company vehicle, including cleaning, fueling, and performing basic maintenance tasks
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations, including wearing a seatbelt and using a mobile phone hands-free kit
• Report any accidents or incidents to the supervisor or management immediately
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees, including assisting with luggage or packages

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience, preferably with a reputable company or organization
• Valid Ethiopian driver’s license, class B or higher
• High school diploma or equivalent, such as TVET or vocational training
• Defensive driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
• Basic vehicle maintenance and repair skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
