Job Title: Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting employees, clients, and goods to and from various locations. You will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Transport employees, clients, and goods to and from various locations in a safe and timely manner
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition, including regular cleaning, checking oil and fuel levels, and reporting any mechanical issues
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations, including speed limits and parking restrictions
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including assisting with luggage and providing information about the route and destination
• Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs
• Report any accidents or incidents to management and complete any necessary paperwork

Requirements

• Valid Ethiopian driver’s license, category B or higher
• At least 2 years of driving experience, preferably with a reputable company or organization
• Excellent knowledge of Ethiopian roads and traffic laws
• Ability to communicate effectively in Amharic and/or English
• High school diploma or equivalent, such as TVET or vocational training in a related field
• Defensive driving skills and a clean driving record
• Physical fitness and ability to work long hours, including night shifts and weekends
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
